How do I make a booking and how soon can I be seen?

Booking an appointment is easy – you can use our online booking system once we have on-boarded you to it through the New Client form. Where appropriate, we offer a brief initial phone consultation to understand your needs and match you with the right psychologist. We do our best to schedule new clients as soon as possible. Wait times can vary depending on demand, but on average we aim to book your first session within 2-3 weeks of your registration (often sooner for private appointments). If you have flexibility with appointment times, we’ll work with you to find the earliest available slot which could be after hours or on weekends.
