Do you provide help with pregnancy loss or after a stillbirth?
Yes, we have deep compassion and support for bereaved parents. Coping with a miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss, or termination for medical reasons can be an extremely painful and isolating experience. Our psychologists are experienced in grief and trauma support specific to perinatal loss.
In therapy, you’ll have a safe space to express your grief, whether it’s sadness, anger, guilt, or any mix of emotions that follow the loss of a baby. We can help you process what happened, find ways to honor and remember your baby, and navigate the journey of healing at your own pace. This may include support for coping as a couple if you have a partner, dealing with subsequent pregnancies after loss (with all the anxiety that can come with it), or handling well-meaning but painful comments from others.
We believe that acknowledging and working through your grief is important – you don’t have to “just move on” or suffer in silence. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, support is available.
